Elkie Chong Ting-yan (born 2 November 1998) is a Hong Kong singer and actress currently based in South Korea. She was previously a child-actress under TVB in Hong Kong and has appeared on several television dramas. Elkie debuted as a member of the South Korean girl group CLC in February 2016.
