Ngao Kammathep is drama romance that revolve around Tien, a real heiress to the Patson’s fortune, who was swapped by her father for his caregiver’s son to carry on their family name. Years later, as Patson and her grandfather is deceased, Tien’s father is now wanting her return to properly take over the family fortune instead of his adopted son. Along the way, Tien met Rome, who saved her and gave her shelter, all along thinking she is a boy due to her appearance. After realizing Tien is a girl, he then helped changed her look and taught her manner to be lady like. The two eventually develop feelings for one another.
